- User Responsibility & Ownership: You confirm you own the submitted image. You agree to indemnify Glowing Photoshoot from any legal fees arising from unauthorized use of third-party IP.
- AI Platform & Artistic Nature: While I guide every prompt, exact likeness cannot be guaranteed. Artistic variations are a natural part of the AI medium.
- Preview & Finality of Sale: My "Preview First" model is your guarantee. Once final files are delivered after payment, the sale is final and non-refundable.
- Privacy & Data Retention: Your photos are used strictly to fulfill requests. I typically delete all original and edited files 30 days after final delivery.
- Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse any request inconsistent with these safety terms.
